Installation

Requirements

• Java 17 or newer.
• A compatible Paper server.
• PlaceholderAPI 2.12.2 or newer.

Server compatibility

PixaWallet is compiled against the Paper 1.20.4 API. Use only server versions listed as supported on the current product page.

Optional plugins

• Nexo
• ItemsAdder
• HeadDatabase
• FancyNpcs

These integrations are optional. PixaWallet works without them.

First startup

1. Stop the server.
2. Install PlaceholderAPI.
3. Copy PixaWallet-<version>.jar into the server's plugins directory.
4. Start the server.
5. Confirm that PixaWallet and its PlaceholderAPI expansion load without errors.
6. Open plugins/PixaWallet/settings.yml and choose the language and menus.
7. Replace the example prices and reward commands before opening the store to players.

SQLite is enabled by default. The database is created as:

plugins/PixaWallet/pixawallet.db

Players can open the default menu with:

/wallet

The /portfel alias is also enabled by default.

English setup

Locale: en

MenuSettings:
  MENU_CONFIG_FOLDER: "menus/en"

Polish setup

Locale: pl

MenuSettings:

Reload or restart?

Use /wallet reload after editing messages or menus.

Restart required

Restart the server after changing:

• Database.TYPE
• MySQL credentials
• MYSQL_PREFIX

Changing database settings with /wallet reload is not sufficient.
